About The Role:

We are excited to announce a newly created role within our Communications Team – a direct result of our ongoing growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and innovative professional with experience in either digital PR, SEO, communications, or content marketing, eager to step into a more dynamic and integrated role.

As the Outreach Executive, you will be at the forefront of shaping PR strategies that drive meaningful results for our clients. The key objective of this role is to generate links for our clients that improve site authority, search rankings and traffic. From crafting compelling narratives to securing media coverage, you will play an integral role in amplifying our clients’ brands across various channels. You will also work closely with journalists and industry influencers, forging strong relationships that enhance visibility and credibility for the brands we represent.

​Beyond media engagement, you will be involved in developing creative outreach campaigns and leveraging data and insights to refine our approach. Whether through strategic link-building, content development, or journalistic outreach, your work will have a direct impact on boosting our clients’ online presence. You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive PR and outreach campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring they regard us as their trusted partner and advisor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead daily outreach efforts, including crafting tailored PR pitches, identifying media opportunities, and securing press mentions to boost client visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO and content teams to integrate outreach strategies with wider digital marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Conduct thorough research on journalists, media outlets, and online platforms to identify the most relevant opportunities for client exposure.
  • Track and analyse the performance of outreach campaigns using data and reporting tools, presenting insights and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Create comprehensive content briefs, conduct keyword research, and assist with the development of premium content to support outreach initiatives.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources, aligning outreach activities with financial objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Communications function, bringing fresh ideas and exploring opportunities to expand the company’s organic social media presence.

About you:

Strong background in content marketing, SEO, or digital PR. Ability to create and manage end-to-end client relationships. Comfortable with content creation and campaign execution- writing is a crucial aspect of the role. Analytical mindset, not afraid of spreadsheets and reporting tools, and comfortable educating clients on results. Experience working on digital PR campaigns and generating press mentions. A proactive, innovative approach, eager to contribute fresh ideas and expand our communications offering. A great team player with a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to our amazing culture.
