Design and launch the Frank&Rosie e-commerce website with a unique look and feel under strict time constraints
Frank & Rosie are an Australian made and owned skincare brand who traditionally relied on brick and mortar retailers.
Recognising the urgent need to expand to online sales during the pandemic, Frank & Rosie engaged Orange Line to build an e-commerce website with a very quick turnaround time of eight weeks. New to the online environment, Frank & Rosie had to gain a deeper understanding of their core customer, how to speak to them and where to reach them. While the site was planned as a MVP, it still needed best practices in place to allow for future expansion.
To help Frank & Rosie define their core audience, we conducted audience research and built three distinct customer segments. Then we developed unique content pillars and defined the brand’s tone of voice. Leveraging this research, we designed and built a website with e-commerce functionality, incorporating SEO and UX best practices.
