Pariveda Solutions, Inc. is a leading consulting firm dedicated to solving complex business, brand, and technology problems from the inside out. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Pariveda has a presence across North America.
Challenge
Pariveda had recently evolved their brand to better voice their founding vision, but their digital
presence lagged behind. They needed a fresh website to reflect this new direction. They were CMS
agnostic but needed a platform that was easier to manage internally than their previous Sitecore
website. After several acquisitions, they needed a sleek, manageable platform to showcase the
breadth and depth of their services. The key challenge was to build a website as fluid and expansive
as their brand, capturing and showcasing a wide spectrum of services, all while ensuring effortless
navigation.
Our Work
At Orange Line, we start the journey well before the first click. Our initial task was to understand the
Pariveda customer journey. We completed a series of customer interviews and combined that with
panel research to gather a complete view of Pariveda's customers and their needs. We engaged in a
CMS selection process to help Pariveda find technology that balanced power with simplicity, allowing
them to manage the site internally on an ongoing basis. We designed the information architecture of
the website after completing robust research on the demand for different services that Pariveda offers.
We honed the essence of Pariveda's offerings and, side by side with their team, designed over 40
fresh, streamlined pages and crafted engaging, customer-focused copy.
