Challenge

Bupa Dental had 53 branded dental clinics around Australia. Each of them put forward a monthly investment toward paid search to target one specific radial location. This radius location targeting often crossed over, resulting in clinics bidding against earch other, cannabilisation of performance, misattribution of conversions and inflated costs. Our goal was to improve account effectiveness to better service Bupa’s dental network and increase revenue efficiency.

Solution

We developed a new strategy based on opportunity identification research. We recommended a changing approach and consolidation of budgets, targeting and management of the account as a whole. Then we restructured the account to maximise booking opportunities while decreasing cost.
